About Will Smith

I'm an editor and sound designer with more than 10 years in post. I came up through hands-on work: cutting shorts and promos, cleaning dialogue, building sound beds, organizing documentary and YouTube workflows, and helping pieces get from messy footage to a finished shape that plays cleanly.

What I like about post is that it rewards both instinct and organization. A good cut has to move, but the project also has to stay organized, the notes have to make sense, and the sound has to support the story without announcing itself.
